need house remodel plans?

i do architectural plans for new or remodeled single family homes. all work is done on autocad. i have full access to an architect and engineers, so no job is too big (or small). i have 13 years experience working for an architect doing mostly senior housing projects. i have also done plans for new homes and remodel work on my own. i am currently waiting for our next job and am available to do some work for you. if you need plans to get your job started, i will meet with you to discuss what you want to do. i'm very reasonable with fees. costs all depend on size of job and time needed to design and draft the plans. the less design time, the lower the cost. new house plans start at $800. remodel plans start at $200. if your job requires help or signatures from an architect or engineer, additional fee's may apply do to their involvement. most house plans however do not require their input.
