tammy has been involved in the study of holistic healing arts since 1992. she is a reconnective healer and is a qualified licensed massage therapist (lmt) in the state of new hampshire since 1996. she is also nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork (nctmb) and is a member of the association of bodywork and massage professionals (abmp). she considers herself a massage therapist & healing arts practitioner. tammy takes a spiritual holistic approach to her work. the work that she does is unique compared to other practitioners. the techniques she uses are based on listening to the clients body. she looks for movement throughout the clients body. if there is movement, pain dissapates. she believes that the body has its own innate wisdom to heal and the healing begins on the spiritual consciousness level (where true healing occurs).

tammy incorporates playing cd's with primordial sound that help with the healing process, while she is working on her clients. she uses various hands on healing energy techniques within her massage sessions to help her clients to unwind & rebalance and find healing.

she uses many various techniques within her therapeutic massage session. she has been schooled in the techniques of ortho-bionomy, trigger point, strain-counterstrain, cranial-sacral, trager movement therapy, orthopedic massage, visceral manipulation, myofacial release, raindrop therapy & the myokinesthetic technique for the lower body.

tammy offers therapeutic only sessions in reconnective healing sessions (as taught by dr. eric pearl) ,orthopedic massage, healing bodywork & raindrop therapy sessions.
